Legal Officer – Management Trainee
Requirements :
- Male / Female
- Minimum Bachelor Degree of Law from reputable university
- Maximum Age of 28 years old
- GPA = 3.00
- Good understanding and able to speak in English
- Understanding the principles of business law, criminal law, contract law
- Minimum 1 years of experience in the eld of law
- Having Certied Lawyer
- Having experience in campus organization is an advantage
- Willing to be placed throughout the area operations of PT PP (Persero) Tbk
- Corporate actions for the implementation of the investment and divestment company’s business activities
- The investment cooperation with third parties
- Assistance criminal cases, civil, labor, arbitration
- Cooperation with prosecutors and other agencies in handling cases
- Assisting the implementation of the contract / SPK and addendum
- Carry out duties and responsibilities based on WI (Work Instructions) and Job Description
- Carry out instructions and tasks that supports the performance of the company
