Responsibilities:

  1. Mengelola data-data asset klien, seperti data-data yang terkait dengan ESR, CF, data / dokumen site lainnya.
  2. Melakukan filing, baik softcopy maupun hardcopy dokumen masing-masing site dengan baik dan tertata.
  3. Rutin melakukan monitoring, verifikasi dan validasi data di system VS actual.
  4. Rutin melakukan validasi dan verifikasi data dan dokumen site.
  5. Menyiapkan data-data laporan regional.


Requirements:

  1. Min D3 (administrasi, manajemen, akuntansi).
  2. Pengalaman 1-2 tahun sebagai administrasi.
  3. Mengusai Ms Office.
  4. Aktif dalam berkomunikasi dan berkoordinasi.
  5. Kreatif dan inovatif.
